ABOUT ORDERING, PRODUCTION TIME AND DELIVERY
1. Belly dance costumes are not like the ordinary clothes that involve a few steps to finish, 70% of the belly dance costume making is done by hand, which involves drawing and hand stitching beads, spangles and sequins this takes time, patience and special attention to create a superior belly dance costume.

3. We also provide a VIP or Express service. This service incurs an additional $40 to the total cost of a costume. VIP or express orders need to be placed at least two weeks ahead of time needed. Any express orders that come with less than the two week advance notice will be refused due to production time constraints.

6. When providing a sample picture or video please ensure, it is clear with all details visible. Please be aware all effort is made to make a 99% perfect costume however due to availability of fabrics, beads, spangles and sequin etc. details may differ to samples provided.
EXPECTATIONS AND SIMILARITIES
We strongly advise clients not to expect their orders to look exactly the same as the samples online. This is due to:
1. 70% of our costumes are handmade. This can mean slight differences in the image drawings and arrangements of beads, spangles and other adornments. This does not mean one will look better than the other just that every costume is unique.
2. All costumes shown on our website are costumes ordered by our clients. We use these pictures as samples only. Sizing can differ, if you have any questions please ask before placing your order.
3. All materials used may slightly appear deeper or lighter in the pictures shown online. This can be due to;
A) The shades from the camera shooting, the studio lights, editing and one computer’s screen resolution.
B) Different batches of material/adornments can have a slight colour difference, due to availability of dyes at time of manufacturing.
C) Some fabrics also change shades a little due to the way they are cut.
4. Our online costume pictures are updated frequently. Some designs may still be the same but in different colours, textures of fabrics and other materials. Sizing may also differ to previously shown. If you are unsure of what please do not hesitate to ask.
5. Please consider all these factors before placing your orders. If you are unsure please contact us and we will be able to advise you appropriately.
All product materials used in our factory are of high quality and guaranteed. However if goods are not properly cared for some colours may change.
Tips on how to maintain your costumes
I. Take your costumes to the laundry for dry cleaning. Do not try to wash them yourself as the shining surface of some fabrics, beads spangles and stones may change when they come into contact with water or oil.
2. All costumes come with spare beads, spangles and sequins stones in small plastic bags. Allowing you to maintain you costume at home when needed. The stones that are heat applied can be reapplied by using a steam iron. Please be careful not to touch the fabric surface with the base of the heated iron. While the beads and spangles can be restitched using hand needle and thread. |
